CANCELLATION POLICY
These policies are in place to respect both your time and the esthetician’s, ensuring every appointment runs smoothly. • A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. To avoid this fee, cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you reschedule within the 24-hour window, the 50% fee will apply and will be added to your next appointment, unless the new appointment is also cancelled. • A 100% no-show fee will be charged for any missed appointments without prior notice. This fee is in place to honor the time set aside for your service. • Clients with any unpaid invoices must settle the balance before booking future appointments.
